Founded in 1938 as a College of the University of Sydney, the University of New England has played a major role in New England's intellectual life.
For that reason, references to it are scattered in specific posts throughout this blog. However, most of the major posts relating to UNE are in fact on my personal blog.
For that reason this post provides a chronological list of posts dealing in some way with the University of New England on both blogs.
- 17 April 2006. On History, Causation and E J Tapp. Ted Tapp taught philosophy of history at UNE.
- 8 July 2006. Welsman, University of New England and Planning. UNE strategic planning process. All of the various posts on UNE strategic planning include a variety of material on different aspects of the University including its history.
- 30 July 2006. On Rabbitohs, Welsman and the University of New England. More on UNE strategic planning.
- 31 July 2006. UNE Strategic Planning - Scoping Issues.

- 24 August 2006. New England, Australia - still more writers. About Bob Herbert, Geoff Page, two writers with UNE connections. There are in fact a number of mentioning posts with some UNE connection including Michael Sharkey, but this is (I think) best handled via another consolidation.
